About
The Show
Know • Care • Act is a podcast about preparing students for civic life. Each episode explores a critical civic issue through the voices of those living and working it: educators, students, activists, scholars, and nonprofit leaders.
We break down big questions, connect them to real experiences, and offer practical tools for classrooms and communities. It’s a podcast built on the belief that civic learning should lead to civic action and that young people are already capable of both.
Whether you're a teacher, student, or lifelong learner, this show is for you.
The Organization
Academy 4 Social Civics is a nonprofit dedicated to building the civic leaders of tomorrow. Through interdisciplinary curricula, educator resources, student programs, and now this podcast, we help young people make sense of a rapidly changing world and see themselves as agents of change within it.
From digital equity and ethical technology to climate justice and misinformation, our work equips students to know the issues, care about their impact, and act with purpose.
